Four Toothed Roll Crusher configuration four crushing roller,upper two rolls is toothed roll surface, under two rolls is surfacing roll surface (or flat roll surface), applicable to production size 2-20mm of crushing operations. If more than 180Mpa of the material hardness heavy-type can be selected. According to user requirements there are the belt drive and coupling drive (hard links). This drive motor can be refited to diesel or gasoline machine according to user requirements.

How to work?

Four Toothed Roll Crusher crush the material by high extrusion pressure and shear forces generated the four high-strength wear-resistant rolls relative rotation, after the material into the gap of two toothed roll (V-type crushing chamber),the materials are extrusioned and sheared by two Roll relative rotation, at first crush (coarse broken), re-entering the under two counter-rotating rollers, then the materials are cut, ground by the under two rolls (fine broken ), broken to the required size, then sent by conveyor.
