Jaw crusher working principle:

  PE series jaw crusher is driven by a motor, the eccentric shaft driven by belt and slot wheel to move the jaw for reciprocating movement at a predetermined trajectory, in order to break the materials which enter the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side shield composed of crushing cavity, and discharge the finished material through the lower part of discharging hole. This series of jaw crusher is the moving extrusion type, motor-driven belt and pulley, through the eccentric shaft to move the jaw up and down movement, when the movable jaw rises the angle becomes larger between toggle plate and moving jaw, thus promoting the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, while the material is squeezed, rubbing, grinding,and multiple broken; when the movable jaw down, the angle becomes smaller between the toggle plate and moving jaw, moving jaw plate leaves fixed jaw plate under the action of the spring, then the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port under the crushing chamber, with the motor continuous rotation and the crushing moving jaw plate operate periodicity to achieve mass production.
