XTP Series flat plate magnetic separator is a high gradient, high intensity magnetic separator, mainly used in iron purification by wet processing for non-metallic minerals, especially for quartz, feldspar, nepheline ore, kaolin, also can be used in collectting hematite, limonite, siderite, manganese ore, ilmenite, wolframite, and other weakly magnetic ore.

Working principle:

The ore pulp into distributing device through the feed pipe, after the ore pulp fall on the belt that above magnetic plate, the ore pulp flows downward along the inclined direction of the magnetic plate under gravity, ferromagnetic material contained in the ore pulp is firmly adsorbed to the belt in a strong magnetic field, motor drive the belt move upward along the inclined direction of the magnetic plate, while bring the ferromagnetic material into the discharging iron area, ferromagnetic material is discharged into the tailings pipes by rinse water, then centralized collection, non-magnetic pulp flows continue downward along the magnetic plate, then centralized collection.

 Technical features:

1. The use of high-performance NdFeB materials, unique circuit design, the maximum magnetic strength 15000GS.

2. Compared with other permanent magnetic separator, magnetic field area is big, good separation for weakly magnetic tramp iron.

3. The plate slope may adjust, the slope can be adjusted to the best separation  results according to the material conditions.

4. Belt speed may adjust by the motor frequency, belt speed can be adjusted to the best separation results according to the material condition.

5. Conveyor belt is wear-resisting canvas, greatly increasing the life of the belt.
